1. Scope & Korean consumer context
This Money-Back Policy explains how Motion Spot handles cancellations and refunds for contracted programs where fees apply. It complements the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and other Korean consumer safeguards relevant to business purchasers acting outside purely bespoke negotiated deals.
2. Eligibility window
Clients who purchase standardized programs directly through executed statements of work may request cancellation without penalty within 14 calendar days of signing unless field visits already commenced or bespoke contractor retainers were deployed.
3. Full vs. partial refunds
Full refunds apply when no deliverables or contractor blocks were activated. Partial refunds deduct documented third-party costs (travel deposits, venue retainers) already incurred with proof attached.
4. Non-refundable elements
Custom research, bespoke CAD ingestion beyond baseline packages, and rush scheduling fees remain non-refundable once third parties invoice Motion Spot.
5. Request steps
Email trust-line@motion-spot.digital with contract reference, reason, and banking coordinates. Motion Spot acknowledges within 3 business days and coordinates verification.
6. Processing timeline & methods
Approved refunds settle within 14 business days via electronic transfer to Korean Won accounts unless alternative rails appear in the governing agreement.
7. Exceptions & escalation
Force majeure events may delay field execution without automatic refunds; instead, Motion Spot provides redeployment credits. Disputes escalate to executive sponsors before mediation under Korean Commercial Arbitration Board rules when parties agree in writing.
