General Terms

These General Terms govern access to motion-spot.digital and outline how Motion Spot delivers trade marketing field programs described online. By requesting information or submitting forms, you acknowledge these terms.

Program summaries, illustrative pricing in KRW, and timelines are informational. Binding scopes appear only inside executed statements of work countersigned by authorized representatives from both parties.

Clients supply accurate store lists, safe access credentials, on-site escorts, and timely approvals. Motion Spot may pause work when safety, landlord restrictions, or inaccurate data jeopardize crews.

Motion Spot retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and anonymized benchmarks aggregated across engagements. Client-specific deliverables defined in statements of work transfer according to those documents.

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Motion Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from field observations, third-party retailer decisions, or downstream campaign performance.

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with competent courts in Seoul unless mandatory consumer protections assign alternate venues.

Either party may terminate a scheduled engagement with written notice when material breaches remain uncured for 10 business days. Motion Spot may pause work when invoices listed in the active statement of work become overdue by more than 21 calendar days.

We post revisions with a new “Last updated” label. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit renewed consent.
